Terrible service, they don't respect appointment times. I waited half an hour for my appointment, the doctor never arrived or even notified me that she was running late, and when I asked, they told me they would only let her know if I was late half an hour later. On top of that, the receptionists and nurses had a terrible attitude and were even badmouthing the doctors right there! I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Terrible service. I called for an appointment yesterday, they scheduled me for today at 9:00 AM. I arrived early, waited almost an hour, and they never opened. I called and they never answered. People urgently need their checkups, and they're stuck with this nonsense. They should manage their schedules and appointments properly. Besides, they advertise 24-hour service, which isn't true. If I could give it 9 stars, I would.

They have a pediatrician named JELACIO who also works at the Murgueza clinic. He's completely useless. He's clueless, unreliable, cancels appointments, refuses to see patients in emergencies, and doesn't even care about those who have already paid for a six-month package. TERRIFYING SERVICES! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Overall, the service is terrible from all the staff. In the package area, the receptionists are constantly on their phones, chatting, or eating. We're in a pandemic, and there's no one to take your temperature or provide hand sanitizer at the entrance; their sanitizer dispenser is empty. They even sometimes go without masks. The pediatrician, Luis Ángel, provides awful service. I took my daughter in for a medical emergency, and he dared to tell us he couldn't see us if we hadn't been tested for COVID (she wasn't showing symptoms), even though it was an emergency for my baby! 🤯 The only redeeming quality is the pediatrician, Valeria. She's the only reason I still go to the clinic because she's my baby's doctor.
