The treatment with dermatologist Lizbeth (isotretinoin) has been effective and reasonably priced. She and her assistant provided excellent care and attention. However, the customer service/appointment scheduling leaves much to be desired: • For lab tests, I had to request my results multiple times because they weren't sent to me (they're sent by mail). • At the branch, I didn't receive adequate attention when I went to my appointments. For my first appointment, I was seen 15 minutes late. For my subsequent appointment, I arrived on time, notified the staff on the ground floor and had my vital signs taken, waited, and was never seen (I waited almost an hour). I complained and was told I had to report it to the dermatology cubicle (I wasn't informed of this anywhere). In short, I consider the customer service to be deficient, but the dermatologist's treatment was very good.

Hello, my impression of this place is terrible. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment by phone at the Lindavista branch, and they assigned me the 12:00 p.m. appointment. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't see me because the doctors were in a training course. I wanted to rule out measles in my daughter, who had a high fever, and I got that response. I won't be returning because of their lack of professionalism. What a shame, it seemed like a good place.

Why make an appointment if they don't offer any discounted times? Not recommended.

I came for my first facial appointment, and they made me wait an hour because they scheduled my appointment with someone else. I'm upset and dissatisfied with that experience.

Terrible. It was my first time. I had already paid for my consultation and notified them that I would be a few minutes late. I arrived and they refused to see me even though I had already paid. The service was awful; the receptionist was only on her cell phone and didn't even pay attention.

Good treatment, bad diagnosis, my child got worse with the treatment.

I had to switch clinics (I used to go to Coyoacán) because my mom lives here in Lindavista. It's the best place ever! 😍 I love that there's such a prestigious clinic in the north of Mexico City with dermatologists who specialize in sun allergies. I highly recommend this chain of clinics because they're always punctual and very clean. My mom is seen by Dr. Lizbeth de la Cruz. 🙏🏼

Today I had a dermatology appointment. I felt very nervous and a little embarrassed, but the doctors were kind and I think they understood my situation well. The dermatology receptionist was very kind, and the nurses who took the vital signs were too. Thank you for that.
