The service on March 12, 2026, was very poor. They asked us to arrive early to register for appointments, and I arrived at 5:15 pm with appointment number A-228. They skipped ahead and started attending to those with appointment number A-237, using the excuse that latecomers had to register first so they wouldn't lose their appointment. What respect is there for those of us who arrived early? This happened at the Laures branch, at windows 2 and 4. More respect for the users is needed.
