At Conecta Vital, we believe that aging is an opportunity to live with wellbeing and dignity. We are a Comprehensive Care Club specialized in older adults with and without cognitive decline, Alzheimer's and other dementias, made up of an interdisciplinary team committed to the quality of life and wellbeing of our seniors. Our approach goes beyond the conventional clinical model: we work from neuroprotection, developing comprehensive programs and non-pharmacological therapies that promote autonomy, functionality and independence, through daily care of the mind, body and emotions. We incorporate specialized technologies applied to cognitive decline, along with personalized interventions and close, respectful human support for both our users and their families. At Conecta Vital, we don't just treat a condition: we support people and their families.
