I had given them the benefit of the doubt by not giving them one star, but the service is terrible. At first, when I saw the reviews, I thought they were fake, but they really leave much to be desired. 1. They don't know how to draw blood samples. 2. If you don't send a reminder message about your appointment, they don't notify you that it has been canceled. 3. They lack tact when speaking to clients. I understand that in Cuba their language is different, but this isn't Cuba, it's Mexico, and they should adapt. They always seem to be on the defensive. 4. The only redeeming quality is my doctor. Now I understand why he didn't offer me the clinic's services; they are awful, and they are not cheap at all, contrary to what they make you believe at reception. At Chopo, you get better service and they charge the same. 5. The facility is old and has a terrible musty smell that penetrates to your chest. And I could go on listing the many problems, but without a doubt, my doctor is incredible. Sometimes you're just in the wrong place.

I arrived right on time for my appoitment and received prompt attention from receptionist, very polite and helpful. The reception area was well decorated and clean. The unisex restroom was also clean. Problem was the doctor was 40 minuets late arriving. I must have been his only patient for the day, he took me right in and left promptly after seeing me. It was weird that he brought a roller suitcase containing all his equipment. I was experiecing dizzyness so the doctor I saw at Red Cross the day before recomended I see a ear doctor to have my ears cleaned. The apoitment took about 25 minutes. A few minutes of discussing my problem. No vitales taken. A quick look in each ear then each ear was treated with a solution for about a minute then flushed with warm water I was told systems should subside in 1 to 3 days and if not to return on Monday. The charge was 900 pesos which I thought was too much for what I received.
