Today, February 1, 2025, I had an appointment at 1:00 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early out of respect for everyone's time. The doctor came out and told me she couldn't see me until 1:40 PM. I don't think they understand anything about respecting people's time.

It's like you're at the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). We had an appointment a week in advance for a root canal, but the day before, they called us to ask if we could reschedule for the same day they were contacting us. Since we couldn't, we told them it was better to stay as it was. Well, we figured it wouldn't be a problem. On the day of the appointment, the doctor kept complaining to my mother, who's already a senior citizen, about whether we wanted to reschedule the appointment, that she only had 40 minutes to see her, and that too bad. She rushed her care. My mother left crying, and the doctor ran away. "You can't believe they treat customers this badly."

Good morning. Today, Saturday, May 28th, my sister and I went to our scheduled appointments at 10:00 AM. These appointments were made two weeks in advance and confirmed by you, for both of us to be seen at 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, the clinic was not open at 10:00 AM. Furthermore, we were not seen at 10:00 AM and were told that one of us would come in at 10:00 AM and the other would come in after her appointment, even though the appointments had been requested and scheduled for 10:00 AM so that we could both be seen at the same time. Instead, pediatric appointments were scheduled for the same time slot, 10:00 AM, which was not urgent. This behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. The doctor, a short woman with curly hair and glasses, was unable to explain the reason for this disrespectful and unprofessional action. I hope this feedback helps you improve your customer service. We will no longer be attending the clinic and will not be recommending you to anyone. Sincerely.
