In general, they're good if you're looking to treat a common dermatological condition or for cosmetic treatments. However, in my case, which was more complex, it took a long time for them to give me the correct treatment, and there was little follow-up afterward.

I had laser treatment for a scar on my nose, and I'm thrilled with the results. I only have one complaint: before that, I had an appointment with Dr. Amairani, who wasn't very nice. She didn't take my medical history, didn't give me a card, and said she would monitor my progress, but then she stopped responding. I felt she didn't examine the rest of my skin in the detail I would have liked. I had the laser treatment done separately because I consulted with someone else. I wanted to leave with a treatment plan for my scar, plus a skin evaluation and recommendations, but the consultation was very brief and curt. Now I want to look into treatments for my skin and hair, but I'm afraid I'll see the same dermatologist and be disappointed. To be clear, she did address the problem I had, but she wasn't empathetic and didn't pay attention to the rest of my skin. When I was about to tell her about the other issues (oily skin, blackheads, etc.), the appointment ended.

The best doctor ever! She's very professional, super friendly, and incredibly attentive. Her whole team is fantastic. Her husband, Dr. Roberto, is also a great doctor. They are definitely the best!

Excellent service from the moment you walk in. The facilities are beautiful and clean, the dermatologists are incredibly attentive and friendly, and most importantly, they help resolve any skin concerns. My mother was seen by Dr. Ali and said she loved the care. I take my daughter there, and I'm currently seeing Dr. Nathalie, who is wonderful and kind. She explains everything in detail and answers all your questions. I live in Ixtapaluca and travel there regularly. Once, I arrived 5 minutes late, and they saw me without any problem. There was traffic, so I let them know, and they told me at reception that it was no issue and that I would be seen without any problems. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Dr. Nathalie. Everything she prescribed helped me tremendously, and most importantly, her treatment and attention were very professional. They have top-of-the-line equipment; highly recommended treatments with visible results after the first session. I loved them.

I went for a check-up three months ago, but the staff was terrible. The dermatologist who saw me was awful; my appointment only lasted three minutes because she kept saying she had to leave. I went there for a solution to my hair loss (androgenetic alopecia), but she didn't examine me and offered no solution to my problem. The reception staff and the police officer there are rude. I don't recommend it.

They never let you in for your appointment. The clinic is nice, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. They just wasted my time; even though I had a scheduled appointment, they didn't see me. 👎🏻

My first visit was on November 30th. I must admit I was hesitant because I'd read some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, starting with Marieli Mora at reception (or I'm not sure which department), who handled my appointments, changes, and confirmations. She even gave me the option of consulting with Dr. Amairani Manriquez, another outstanding patient. They truly made me feel comfortable and at ease, without any worries about being judged. I loved it. The facilities are also very nice and clean.

The service is good, but I had an appointment at 9:00, and they tell you to arrive 10 minutes early. The receptionist arrives at 9:10, and since there are already people waiting, they don't ask who arrived first. The doctor doesn't arrive until 9:20, and they pass someone who arrived after me. I hope they pay more attention to this and start scheduling appointments until the staff is on the premises, since most of their staff arrives late.

Dr. Amairani had zero patience explaining a topic she didn't understand, and her treatment of patients was completely unprofessional. During my previous appointment, another doctor failed to mention that I needed to have some tests done on specific days, and her response was, "That's not my problem." They're not doing me a favor; I'm paying for the consultation. @Dr.Nathalie, please review these types of cases. Thank you.

An experience I would never repeat. I arrived 15 minutes late and they made me wait for over an hour. Dr. Nishdaly Rodriguez never saw me. I went to that clinic on a recommendation and it was a truly bad experience.
