Thanks to her diagnosis and treatment, she's finally seeing a change in her skin with a combination of medication, facials, and advanced technology. The costs are affordable, and they have promotions. The real highlight of the clinic is its staff—empathetic and wonderful. A family member passed away, and my children didn't know because they were in a consultation. They made everything easy for me during that difficult time. I highly recommend the clinic because of the doctor, the staff, the technology, and the prices.

Yesterday I left my appointment at the clinic feeling very disappointed. I had high expectations, as a friend had recommended Dr. Pili because of her excellent explanations. After checking her Instagram, and despite the distance, I decided she was the right person to see me, since choosing a doctor is no small decision. After confirming the appointment for [date] through Doctoralia, I received a message at 12:55 p.m. asking if I could reschedule because Dr. Pili wouldn't be able to see me. This really upset me, as I had requested the day off from work in advance to be able to attend. It was a huge hassle to coordinate. When I arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised: Dr. Pili didn't see me. No one at the clinic apologized or gave me a reason why this had happened. Unfortunately, I'm also not satisfied with the consultation I had there with the other doctor. Social media posts mention that the first appointment includes a facial scan with Visia, which I didn't receive, and the explanations I got were nothing like what my friend had described about Dr. Pili's level of detail. Honestly, my experience didn't meet my expectations.
