What a lack of respect and commitment from this man. I had an appointment at 4 pm and decided to arrive 1 hour and a half early. I registered and they charged me for the appointment. When the appointment time came, the man never called me. 1 hour and 30 minutes passed and the man never called me even though the appointment was already paid. Honestly, it's infuriating that they play with the patient's time and availability. I traveled from Barbosa to Sabaneta and the man never showed up.

I had an X-ray done Wednesday morning. As of today, Saturday, the images are on the website, but the report isn't. I contacted them yesterday and they said the report would be uploaded that evening. Today I called again and they can't tell me what's happening with the report because it's not showing up on their end. They're not offering any solution.
