The specialist is good, but as mentioned in another comment, because I was copying and pasting, he ordered a test that I shouldn't have had done, and it cost me $1,000. When he saw the results, he was shocked and then realized it was his mistake. I pointed it out to him, and instead of correcting it and letting him pay for it, I had to pay another 400 pesos because he made a mistake. The truth is, he's a good doctor, and those kinds of mistakes can happen to anyone, but if he's already messed up, he should take responsibility and cover the cost of the corresponding test. It's not about the money, it's about the lack of respect for the client.

Another thing, I messaged him to follow up on a lab test and he never replied. I mean, I had already paid for my consultation, and when I asked him to review my results, no one responded. He should at least follow up with his patients to reduce anxiety, and I had already paid him 1000 pesos. It wouldn't have cost him anything to review my results and give me another appointment or discharge me. I didn't go to the second appointment because of that treatment.
