The appointment service is very inconsistent. First, they gave us an appointment for the exam, which includes preparation, a colonoscopy, and a gastroscopy. Then they called and changed the appointment to another day. Confused, we went to the institute in person and were told that the original appointment was still on. What if we had kept the appointment from the phone call and already had the preparation done? Today, the 28th, at the institute, the woman told us the appointment was at 10:40 am, but the appointment document says 12:15 pm. We arrived at the time indicated on the appointment. There are too many deficiencies in the information. And the staff at the counter are very curt, unfriendly, and not very expressive. The person who caused all this confusion with these appointments is named Yeison Andres Vasquez. The staff needs very good training to provide this service; it is vital that the information is clear.

I had scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy, and they sent me the preparation details via email. I wrote back with questions, but no one responded. So I contacted them on WhatsApp, and a woman named Yesica replied, only asking for my ID number before disappearing. Still no response to my questions. Two days later, with no response at all, I had to cancel my procedure because no one had contacted me about the preparation details. Very bad service. Book your tests with a different clinic where the staff actually cares; don't go here. I booked mine with another clinic that has better service.
