A terrible experience. I explained why we were there—an emergency checkup—but they didn't care. During the initial visit, you're attended to by about four or five people, including secretaries, doctors, and nurses, all asking the same questions and requesting some preliminary tests. Then, after an hour and a half, the doctor who finally sees you asks the same questions and has no idea why you're there. Why make you come at a specific time if they have patients waiting and no available examination rooms? The service was awful, and it left a bad impression of a place that pretends to be professional and respectful of its patients' time.

The doctor provides specialized care with great dedication. Only his punctuality and management leave something to be desired these days. Previously, Ms. Sandra González scheduled my appointments very efficiently; I don't know what happened to her.
