I had a problem during a tooth extraction. The dentist broke the crown of my tooth, leaving the root exposed. Despite breaking it, they refused to take responsibility, and now I have to pay $3,000 for maxillofacial surgery for a single tooth when the extraction cost $880. They didn't charge me for the extraction itself, but they should be responsible for the cost of the surgery since they broke it. The dentist's service was good overall, though.

I arrived with a severe toothache, which was treated very well by Dr. Fernando. My braces were removed in August because "they were already done." I was given a "solution"—to get braces again. I did, and once again, between poorly made retainers and their half-baked "solutions," I ended up with a different type of braces that supposedly closed faster. The point is, they NEVER closed. The dentist in charge (Oliver) couldn't see any gaps. With my limited vision, I believed him, and in the end, he put a fixed retainer on me, which, of course, fell off. That's when I realized my teeth hadn't closed completely (he used resin to cover the gap). So, if you're looking for a good orthodontist, I don't think this is the right place. Besides, you'll never see the end of your treatment. Look for other options 🫶🏼 and don't trust them too much. They also make you sign liability waivers for your treatment and don't give you a copy or even a photo. Take care 😊✨
