So I became a patient of Dr. Hector Gonzalez. Excellent endodontic care, plus it was covered by my Dentrega insurance, and I found him to be a good professional. The problem was later with the implantologist; I didn't like her at all, and the price was way out of my budget. I let her know I wanted to continue being Dr. Hector's patient, but that I wouldn't be doing implant work with her... Well, they blocked me on WhatsApp. I understand that they can "come as a package deal," but it's a real shame. Otherwise, the facilities are fine, the printer is bad (the quotes were blurry), the price for a zirconia crown (even with the discount) is $8,400, the resin fillings are $1,500, and the post is $4,000. There's no way to park without leaving your car on the street, but Dr. Hector was punctual. The assistant/secretary was not at all friendly, and to make matters worse, she informed me about the appointment with the implantologist, "Following up on your history, we realized that we didn't schedule your next appointment by mistake," so it must be true that they are not very good at scheduling.

My experience was not very pleasant. The treatment at the reception was not ideal. I asked for the invoice and X-rays that were taken for which I paid, and after two weeks I have not received a response :( they leave me on read and the diagnosis seemed a bit biased to me.
