Disappointed with my experience here. I chose this ophthalmologist because they advertised services in English. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the initial eye exam for a new prescription was conducted not by Dr. Flores but by an optometrist who did not speak English. Something was likely missed during the exam because the prescription I was given was incorrect - significantly worse than my previous one - which I only realized after purchasing new expensive contact lenses based on their prescription. I messaged the office, and they asked me to return to have the prescription double-checked. However, when I went back, Dr. Flores wasn’t there, and I had to see the same optometrist again. After another exam - during which she spent 30 minutes trying to get the equipment to work — they insisted the initial prescription was correct but then said they had failed to inform me that I needed a different type of contact lens. At that point, I was done with this place. I went to another ophthalmologist instead, who was able to provide me with the correct prescription.

Excellent doctor, professional and ethical. I went to consult him because I had doubts about the surgery on my right eye, and he cleared up all my questions. If I hadn't already had surgery with another doctor, I definitely would have gone with him. Upon examining me, he observed that my surgery was very well done and didn't hesitate to recommend that I have surgery on my left eye with the same surgeon who operated on my right. I am extremely grateful for this, because not many doctors could advise me in that way. Very, very good.

Absolutely happy that i visit this doctor. At first i never saw this machine when another doctors checked my eyes before. I had problem with eyes more than month, and after visit and inly one day using medicine, which doctor recommended - i feld much more comfortable condition ( before condition of my eyes influenced on my nerves system already). Very good place. Doctor speaks Spanish and English and his assistant speak also Russian. Also this is first time when doctor DON'T recommend surgery of Lazer correction ( they always recommend because it brings money) , but he said that in my age he don't recommend it now.
