Don't go! I strongly advise against taking your family members to that place. They only worsen varicose vein ulcers to keep you as a customer, since their primary interest is money. I took my mother there for the first time; she only had a small wound from previous treatment she'd received in another country. Trusting their words, I allowed them to "treat" the wound. However, at the second appointment, after the first dressing change, when we removed the bandage, we discovered that what had been a small lesion had transformed into a large crater of ulcers. I asked the nurse why the wound had worsened so quickly. Her response was that "it was going to open up like that at any moment." When I left the treatment room, ready to pay, the receptionist told me to make an "appointment schedule"—utterly shameless! It was awful to see the ulcers like that. We returned to the country we came from, and after only two treatments, his leg has improved tremendously compared to how badly it was injured there. This not only delayed his recovery but also hampered the healing process, which was already progressing well.

Excellent service and personalized attention. Immediate results from the first session, affordable. My mother made an appointment with Dr. Mario Ramírez and specified that she needed to see him... but on the day of the appointment, they were going to see another doctor. I don't know what part they don't understand: if you seek out a certain doctor, it's for a reason. If I didn't want to be seen by just anyone, I'd go to the public health center. It's unacceptable that they just waste our time. My mother lives far away, she's elderly, and they simply don't respect her wishes or provide the correct information. If he no longer works there, it's that easy to decide. Instead of trying to see someone else outside the clinic, they're trying to take you to another doctor. What a lack of ethics and professionalism!

I agree with Mr. Rodrigo Martínez. My relative is elderly and was a patient for over six months. It was a complete rip-off, costing over 1500 pesos per consultation with Dr. Mario Ramírez. The only one who could help was Dr. Jorge, and when he left, my relative's condition worsened.
