Terrible service. Dr. Daniela Jiménez Hernández is rude, unqualified, and refuses to provide a medical note due to her ignorance. She argues that my patient needs hospitalization and specialized tests and refuses to put what she says in writing. Beware! She claims that medical notes are only issued when the patient is hospitalized. Of course! They want you to pay your dues! This doctor is ignorant and unethical... unqualified and without values. She needs to work in the city so she can learn how a real doctor works. She wants to treat people the way she was treated in her own situation. She needs to study and prepare herself!

Inefficient service, they charge high prices for services patients don't need. They tried to operate on me when my injury only required rest, and they wanted to charge me 12,000. I went to another private doctor and the difference was noticeable. It's not about the money. I will file a complaint.

Good facilities, good service. I read all the negative comments: that it's expensive, that the doctors are bad. If you can't afford the hospital bill, you're better off going to Nicolás San Juan or Adolfo López Mateos. It's a PRIVATE hospital. You're probably used to getting everything for free. Besides, doctors don't perform miracles if patients don't follow instructions, and then they end up blaming the doctor. Believe me, no doctor wakes up saying, "Today I'm going to do evil." Use your common sense.
