The person scheduling appointments via WhatsApp provided very poor service. I'm new to Mérida and looking for a gynecologist for my annual checkup, but she couldn't give me any helpful information. She asked which doctor I wanted to see without mentioning who the doctors were. If she supposedly had both doctors' schedules, she should have stated the available dates from the beginning. Instead, she asked when I wanted to schedule and then immediately said there was no availability for another four weeks. Then she said, "Okay, let's check with the other doctor. What date do you want, morning or afternoon?" I provided the information, and there was no availability for that one either. Honestly, I didn't find the service trustworthy. They don't tell you who the doctors are, claiming privacy regulations prevent them from providing more information. So, I don't really know who's actually working, their professional credentials, whether they're good doctors, whether I'll receive good care, or what kind of career they're pursuing as gynecologists. In short, a bad experience with me, from customer service.

The doctor's attention was normal during the consultation, with nothing particularly noteworthy. However, my overall experience was quite bad due to administrative and follow-up issues. We paid for some tests whose results were not delivered to me at the time. I had to insist for almost a month for them to finally send them to me, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I'm not even sure the results are mine, since they don't match what the doctor told me during the consultation. And to clarify this situation, I'm told I must pay for another consultation, which seems completely wrong to me. On the other hand, I requested the invoice from the moment of payment and I haven't received it either. I tried to follow up through different means, as they have several contact numbers, but none of them provide real attention or solutions, only excuses. In a health service, seriousness, follow-up, and clarity are fundamental, and unfortunately I didn't find them here.

The Doctor is very kind and her care is very nice, but those who handle contact are terrible. I have been waiting almost a month for my pap smear result and they don't respond to messages. And for appointments, don't even get me started, they're terrible too. It's a shame that being private care they treat you as if it were the IMSS with their friendly assistants.

Bad experience. I called a number they have to speak with someone, a person answered who had no idea what I was talking about, they hung up on me. The clinic's next number wasn't answering, I tried to contact them through a message in the app and I didn't receive a response either. Of course I didn't go, and I'm left with a bad experience from the start.

They never asked me and I was seen by another doctor who knew nothing about my medical history and who literally just told me you're fine, they charged me for the follow-up consultation and didn't even clarify my doubts
