I went to the clinic for a sleep problem, and after tests such as a polysomnography ordered by Dr. Rosa Jiménez, I was diagnosed with chronic insomnia and hypoxia. The management was inadequate: there were multiple medication changes that worsened my insomnia. The situation escalated to the point where she recommended I go to a psychiatric hospital, without having referred me to a psychiatrist within her network beforehand. Furthermore, she prescribed tirzepatide (Mounjaro) for metabolic disturbances, even though I am not overweight and have a history of reported allergies. I experienced severe adverse effects (diarrhea and vomiting) that required hospitalization. In short, there was a lack of comprehensive follow-up and questionable medical decisions that affected my health. Incidentally, when they were about to perform the polysomnography, the people in the lab seemed to be having a party (laughing, commotion). I asked what was happening, and they told me they were about to leave!

The receptionists are incapable of telling you that appointments are only made via WhatsApp. I'm 30, and the help I received was minimal. It's best to research insomnia and sedatives, antidepressants, and opioids before going. Therapy is very personal, but after four months I was still in the same place, even though they try to convince you otherwise 🤷......
