A while ago I went to a consultation and they said they would let me know when they would schedule my appointment with the specialist for surgery. I sent several messages asking for the date because I was excited and sadly they never answered me, they never gave me my appointment :( they just kept putting me off :( unfortunately for me it was a terrible service, I felt discriminated against.

Terrible service, with constant price and schedule changes, as if you were asking them for a favor. You request a service and you pay for it; it's not free. This only demonstrates the kind of place it is and the "professionals" who work there.
