It was my first visit to Dr. Bravo's office. The view from the office is spectacular. Upon entering, Nurse Montse greeted me and took my information. She is very kind and highly professional. During the consultation, the doctor actively listened to my medical history. He fully understood the problem and designed a combination of medications that worked for me. I've been receiving treatment from doctors in Canada for two years, but I felt they were missing something important. Dr. Bravo identified that issue from the first consultation and recommended a treatment. Very satisfied and grateful. I highly recommend him.

Do not recommend! They are only interested in stealing your money and wasting your time, they do not care about you or your health. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!! For months, I've been trying to schedule follow up medical therapy with this clinic. They charged me for an initial consult, and then made excuses each time I tried to follow up. They refuse to give me access to the medical documents they've created with my visit, and stopped responding altogether. Waste of time, energy, and money!! Go anywhere else but here, this clinic is a waste!

During my treatment with Dr. Arteaga, I attempted suicide twice, so the psychiatrists at the emergency room referred me for hospitalization. I needed a letter from the psychiatrist who was treating me. They don't have an emergency number you can actually call; the automated WhatsApp replies don't seem to know who Dr. Diana Arteaga is. I've been trying to contact her since Friday, September 19th, and today, Monday the 22nd, I still haven't received a response from her or her office. Of course, I went to a new doctor who, like the psychiatrists who came to my home when I called 911, agreed that the medications and dosages weren't correct.

The word I would use to describe my experience with the doctor is empathy towards my family, and especially my son, who is his patient. I have a son who is on the autism spectrum, and at his young age, he already suffered from constant nervous breakdowns that triggered self-harm. His fingers were raw from biting himself, and his head and limbs were bruised from hitting himself. He destroyed the kitchen, doors, locks, and windows. His father and brother suffered from constant attacks with biting, scratching, and kicking for no apparent reason. The only way to calm him down was to let him eat or take very cold baths, and this went on all day long without stopping. To sum up my son, life hurt him. I went to this doctor after three other professionals who had given up on me, and my first impression was that he didn't see my son as afraid. Not only that, but I feel he's the first one who truly stepped up and committed to helping him. When I started going, I just wanted my son to be calm and stop hurting himself and others. We've been in treatment for five months now, and my son isn't just calm, he's a completely different child. He's potty trained, and he's started saying a few specific words like "control," "no," "water," "daddy," etc. He's started trying to do things, put together puzzles, and follow basic instructions. It's like he's been reset. After years of barely waking up, my son is happy, calm, and sleeps well. I see him awake and alert. It wasn't a one-time thing; the journey hasn't been linear, but it has been one of constant improvement. I feel the doctor is very dedicated, and I hope that if any other mother is going through the same thing, this review will offer her guidance and hope for her and her family.
