His way of always giving you everything you need to know without judgment makes all the difference. He's a gem! Totally recommended! 💜 Imagine, he regulated my period in no time! I have followed Dr. Miguel Ángel Estrada since he began his career at Reina Madre, and I can say with complete certainty that he is an exceptional professional. His approach has always been humane, empathetic, and very dedicated, which inspires a great deal of confidence in every consultation. His commitment to his patients and his genuine vocation for medicine are evident. I am very pleased to know that he has continued to grow professionally and has made decisions that benefit his development. Personally, I believe it was an excellent decision for him to leave the Patriotismo branch, as unfortunately, the service there leaves much to be desired: the attention is often reluctant, with arrogant attitudes, starting with the Hosmar management, which contrasts sharply with the doctor's human qualities. Without a doubt, Dr. Miguel Ángel Estrada makes a significant difference wherever he is. I highly recommend him and wish him much success in this new chapter.

Although the medical care has been good, today I contacted the call center regarding an issue with my latest bill. The woman who answered (it took her more than 15 minutes) spoke to me in a rude and uncooperative tone from the very beginning of the call. When I explained what I needed regarding my rebilling, she remained silent for a few seconds, took a breath, and hung up on me! We're not in high school anymore; their employees shouldn't be acting like this. I find this incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable. They should sanction her because this is the second time she's acted this way. Furthermore, I always have errors on my bills. The administrative service is terrible. If you need bills and paperwork for your medical care, DO NOT GO TO REINA MADRE.

I highly recommend Reina Madre. Dr. Dafne is wonderful, and my visit was very rewarding. She clarifies doubts, doesn't judge at all, and supports you with all your questions. Without a doubt, excellent service, 10/10.

They couldn't get the basic vaccine within four weeks (this is NOT the tuberculosis vaccine). There's no planning whatsoever. We have to call every Monday and ask again, and every week there's still nothing. So we were forced to change pediatricians. There, they have no problem with the standard vaccines. The doctor is wonderful, but if the organization treats patients like this, there's no other option but to go somewhere else. They can't take care of my son. Edit: Seriously? AI-generated replies two seconds after the comment? For this lack of respect, they lose the last star.

If you value your health, don't come here. The service is inconsistent, and they don't schedule appointments. They charged me for a test that wasn't even done there (6,200 pesos for one they advertise on their website for less than 3,450 pesos). The doctor didn't know they didn't do it there, the lab technician made one up, and the receptionists knew even less. They never scheduled an appointment for me. And when it came time for the refund, they did some complicated calculations and only gave me back 1,250 pesos. Of course, no doctor helped me with reviewing my records or the appointment I requested.

I've been following up with patients at this clinic, and I don't recommend it. I've had several problems, from the care I received during tests to scheduling appointments. The staff is rude, they don't resolve anything, and they schedule appointments and then cancel them without any respect for my time or the seriousness of a medical matter. In two days, they canceled two scheduled appointments, and when I went to the one they scheduled whenever they felt like it, my doctor wasn't there either. The service is terrible. I tried to contact their customer service, and in two days, no one has responded to anything.

Im very worried for my health right now after doing blood exams there And i might go and get a IV probably Because they recommended me to do my womans test “package” while on my period without even checking if i have anemia if i have something And since 2 days im white like a ghost with a super low blood pressure just staying on the bed trying to eat. My sister-in-law had a maternity package that included a cesarean section. The day she experienced a complication, she and her husband went to the clinic, but there was no immediate referral to a hospital; they had to get there on their own to receive emergency care. As a family, we experienced the lack of response from the 24/7 counseling service and the difficulty in getting reimbursed for the amount already paid; this was only achieved when the receiving hospital intervened. I'm sharing this because in a low-risk pregnancy, this might work, but in an emergency, the response time makes all the difference.
