Very nice clinic, but the receptionist on the second floor is terrible. They never answer the phone or messages. Nothing at all. I have a surgery scheduled there, and the anesthesiologist has already seen me and approved everything. The only thing left is for the receptionist to call, according to medical instructions, to schedule the surgery... and nothing happens. I've been waiting for a year... now I'll have to repeat all the tests at a new appointment with the specialist...
