CLOSED (don't turn around until Wednesday) I came to pick up some studies today, Saturday, but it's closed. They took it as a long weekend from Saturday and will return on Wednesday, September 17th, so they don't turn around until here :( Unfortunately, they never gave notice, not even with signs outside or on Google Maps, so I turned around, and two women also came asking, one of them coming from a super far away place. I understand about Monday and Tuesday, but it would have been better if they had given notice about Saturday 😞

The service is terrible, far too expensive, and they promise to send results but never do. They say only one person handles sending them, and because they're so busy, it takes forever. You have to call to get them sent, and the person who answers the phone is arrogant and gets annoyed by your complaint. The service is the worst.

Terrible. The service is awful. I called a woman who claimed to be named Araceli Peralta or Heralta—I'm not sure if that's her real name—but she's putting my health at risk. I called because I needed a test done. I mentioned I was coming from the public hospital, and she told me the price was still 700, even though the order said 225. She said it was because it's done at the old hospital (??? I was very confused). I replied, "Then why are you sending me to you?" Afterward, I asked for her information, and she started giving me details I never asked for (realizing what she was doing). The call was today, June 18th, at 1:50 pm.

Good afternoon, the patient care is very poor. The staff doesn't inform you about the tests being performed. They touch the patient without asking permission. They have no patience with the elderly. I went to have some visual field tests done and everything was excellent. Dr. César Hernández saw me and was very kind. The place was very clean and the logistics were great. I highly recommend it; I also appreciated that they had private parking half a block away for patients.

The person who works in the mornings is very friendly, the afternoon shift is a bit rude. Everything else was fine. It was fast. They delivered the test the same day since I had an order from the Civil Hospital, and they even gave me a discount. 👍 And another thing, they don't answer the number that appears online. Apparently, they have another number. I'm leaving a screenshot, I hope it helps.
