I went to see an internist because I'd been feeling unwell for a while and nothing was helping. Honestly, they treated me well. The doctor took his time asking me all the questions and didn't rush me out like I have in other places. He explained things in simple terms, without complicated vocabulary, which was much appreciated. He also ordered some tests that I could have done right there because they have a lab and X-ray facilities, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. I left feeling much calmer and with the sense that they had finally figured out what was wrong with me. I would definitely go back.

Excellent service. I went to the emergency room with my dad today. Dr. Isaías and his nurse, Lilia, saw us last night. They resolved his pain very quickly and performed lab tests. The nurse was very well-prepared and only needed one IV insertion. The doctor's treatment was very effective. They even gave my family member a blanket while they waited in the waiting room. Both were very attentive to my dad's progress and to the family. We will definitely return with confidence and gratitude for any future needs.

I had to be admitted for a few days, and it was truly a great decision to do it here. From the moment I arrived, everything was quite smooth, and the staff was always attentive. It was very reassuring to see that the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—nothing like what one sometimes imagines a hospital stay to be like. The nurses were very attentive the entire time, even checking on me in the middle of the night, which was much appreciated. The doctors were also very professional, explaining everything clearly and leaving no questions unanswered. Something I really value is that they have everything right there (lab, tests, etc.), so there are no unnecessary transfers, and everything is resolved much faster. All things considered, it was a very peaceful experience, and I felt well cared for at all times. Without a doubt, if I needed to be admitted again, I would choose this hospital once more.

I requested a quote by phone, and they sent it to me via WhatsApp. When I arrived, they charged me 200 pesos more, claiming that was the actual price. I told them and showed them the message, but the receptionist seemed deaf. I was already there, and the service was for a small child, so I paid. The woman was incredibly rude; she didn't even apologize or offer any explanation, just kept repeating, "I'll charge you, I'll charge you." Then they charged me separately for two services. The cheaper one went through with my card, but the more expensive one, strangely, didn't, even though I had paid for the first one in cash just a minute before. They couldn't give me a receipt either because it didn't go through; their system must have been malfunctioning. 🙄 I'm still waiting for my invoice, which never came through because they never found the payment. I went back later, and there was a different person there, and obviously, there was no record of my service, so they couldn't resolve anything. 😒 The good thing was the nurse's attention; she was very nice, and the doctor was too.
