I scheduled an appointment through Doctoralia for my son's dental cleaning. There were several issues, one of which was that if you only need a cleaning and it's your first time with them, you have to accept or pay for the initial consultation. When I got the quote, the dentist told me the filling was 1200. I showed him that the website said "from 600," and only then did he tell me it was because it was cosmetic. From that point on, I became suspicious because I told him they weren't honoring the published prices. So, I only agreed to the cleaning and not the filling and fluoride application, which is what my son needed. Later, the manager contacted me and said those prices were listed and the filling was "from 800." He sent me a screenshot, suggesting I "misread." Fortunately, I had a screenshot of the previous price and the time it was taken. He then said it was Doctoralia's mistake, even though they had clearly just changed the prices, which they also denied doing. Personally, after that, I didn't feel confident enough to return. And I certainly wouldn't recommend it; just keep in mind that you should always review that situation. The service was a standard, quick cleaning. Regarding your response, if you'd like, I can upload screenshots of our conversation where I explain the problem. It wasn't about finding a cheap place; I was looking for a place to take my whole family that was closer but also trustworthy, and your actions didn't provide that. As I reiterated in our conversation, simply saying, "We apologize, we hadn't updated our prices," would have been enough. You lied, thinking I didn't know how the Doctoralia website worked. So, judging by your comments where you haven't given a good rating, you're taking the situation personally. Regards

Of the five clinics I visited, this was the only doctor who specialized in my case. Hello, good evening. My experience was honestly much worse than I expected from this place, especially from the procedure. About two months ago, I went to get a zirconia crown. To begin with, the cost increased by 10% if I wanted to pay in installments, from 7,500 to 8,300 or something like that. The procedure to remove the crown was very rough; the student, Dr. Jorge Benjamin, really roughed me up. Afterward, they took measurements, and I begged them to put on a good temporary crown because I didn't want it to fail, and that was the first thing that happened. I lost a day of work because the air was very bothersome. Secondly, I saw Dr. Jorge doing everything haphazardly, very quickly, biting here and there. I don't understand why they had to grind down the tooth so much since it already had porcelain, and zirconia is supposed to require less grinding than porcelain. Okay, so after so many days of waiting for the crown, the day finally arrived. They brought me an extremely long tooth that they had to grind down a lot, and The aesthetics and finish were lost because they had to take the tooth again, since the dentist had worn down the crown carelessly and left it too small. Another week later, the crown arrived again and this time they finally placed it. To be honest, it didn't meet my expectations 100%, but fearing another long wait, I kept it. The results weren't satisfactory, as I'm left with discomfort when eating or drinking hot or cold foods, discomfort when biting, and discomfort when bumping the tooth, even with something very light. It's worth mentioning that I didn't have any of these problems before, and now I have terrible sensitivity because Dr. Jorge Benjamin Amezcua insisted on... They wore down the tooth as if it were nothing, and now it turns out the crown, which was already sensitive, needs to be removed, a root canal performed, and the tooth replaced. The tooth is now rough; they were never able to give it the texture of a normal tooth. It feels rough to the touch with the tongue, which doesn't feel natural. It's sensitive, painful to bite, and I lack confidence when cutting food. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor or this place. They are very kind, I can't deny that, but I'm much more interested in the results: a functional tooth that looks as good as possible, which was the reason for the change. With the porcelain crown I had, I didn't have any problems, pain, or sensitivity, and now I do. I absolutely do not recommend this place or Dr. Jorge Benjamin Amezcua. I recommend you go somewhere else. Don't waste your money or your health, which is what hurts me the most. I can't regret it now; it's done, but in the future, I will visit another place.

Excellent service at the clinic, but the truth is that Luis, the pediatric dentist, is excellent. My son had a bad experience at another clinic, and he explained the dental problem and the procedure to us. He is super professional in what he does. He also has incredible patience with the little ones. 10 out of 10. The prices seem very fair to me.
