I've been seeing Dr. Pablo Alvear for three years. I arrived with the famously intense pain of sciatica. He treated me professionally, kindly, and patiently. The therapy he used was very effective. Since then, whenever I feel the discomfort coming on, I do the exercises he gave me, and it's a miracle cure! I highly recommend him!

This comment is indicative of the lady at the clinic entrance and NOT the doctor we went to see. The clinic doesn't have signs indicating the location of its parking lot, which is located on a different block. Traffic on the street outside the clinic is horrible, and after getting off and asking where we could park nearby and being directed to their parking lot, we moved one of the cones they have in front of the clinic. Unfortunately, we didn't see the one on the other side and broke it. Before we could take responsibility for the incident, the lady who normally stands at the entrance came out to scold us, asserting with another young member of the staff that "she had to come out to 'help' us and now she (the young man) has to make us pay for the damage." Honestly, this is very unprofessional behavior. If it weren't for the exceptional treatment from the doctor we went to, I wouldn't return to this clinic even if I were paid. This isn't the first time we've come here, and this lady treats us extremely rudely. On our first visit, our car was in the shop and we were waiting outside for the Uber when someone we assume is a doctor arrived and very abruptly and rudely asked us to move. I understand having bad days, but two visits and two incidents with the same person is a completely different matter. Update: I'm adding one star because on our way out we went to cover the cost of the cone, and the lady at the information desk told us there was no problem, it was just an accident. But management should give the other lady a training course because it's quite uncomfortable to deal with her.

If you're going to make an appointment, at least with Dr. Pablo, come prepared with patience and tolerance… this is the third time I've come, and each time he's seen me much later than scheduled. He doesn't respect the hours he sets… If you don't have patience, it's best to look for another option…

Dentist Paola saw me promptly; she is extremely patient and empathetic. The clinic is very clean, and the service is excellent, starting with the police officer at the entrance and the reception staff. Importantly, they have parking and a wheelchair ramp.
