They don't give the information well, the saleswoman, even after I've paid, doesn't follow up and didn't tell me that I had to make an appointment to have the touch-up honored, nor that it had to be 8 to 10 weeks, and she couldn't even find my file. The follow-up was very bad, and they even blamed me for not following up, since I had to pay again.

They were very kind and friendly, but I'm not getting satisfactory results after the endolift. I paid 25k, which is way too much work and effort for me, and on top of that, I'm not seeing any results, plus the pain and swelling the procedure caused. I feel angry and sad because getting a follow-up appointment was such a hassle. Maybe I got impatient, but it's ridiculous how they attend to you immediately at first, and then after you've paid, there are a million reasons why your appointment just can't be scheduled. It's incredibly frustrating, honestly. I won't even get a follow-up appointment because I'm fed up with all the red tape. In short, based on my experience, I don't recommend them.
