I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!! It was my first dermatology appointment, and I had high expectations of receiving a professional evaluation and guidance at this clinic, but the experience was very disappointing. I was seen by Dr. Nayelli Olivares, and although she is friendly, her approach seemed unprofessional. She didn't perform a thorough physical examination of my skin; she simply sat me down, looked at my face for no more than five seconds, and didn't provide a clinical diagnosis. She limited herself to listening to my questions, giving superficial answers, and making basic recommendations like using sunscreen and washing my face. I mean, pay $1,800 for that? 🥹🫤 Basically, the appointment consisted of me telling her how my skin felt, not providing a professional evaluation or guidance. Paying that amount for the service I received seems excessive and frustrating. ❌️I do not recommend this clinic if you are looking for genuine medical advice, or at least not with this doctor.

1 Pro. I was seen on time. Con. Extremely short consultation. Dr. Nayelli kept asking for the same information I had provided minutes before (10 minutes of consultation spent doing that). Lack of equipment; she only uses a single lens. Two of us were seen at the same time, and they gave us mixed-up prescriptions. The doctor is very young and demonstrates her lack of experience. Customer service -5. The service was very rude, demanding to see my prescription to reschedule my appointment. The cashier got angry as soon as I told her I wouldn't fill anything at her pharmacy (almost the entire prescription is from her pharmacy, and the products are good, but there are better ones). Invoice. They refused to give me one until I sent my new tax ID. Which is ILLEGAL. After I kept chasing them, they finally sent it. Now that I describe it and remember, it's awful. Don't go there. They charge exorbitant prices just to take your information. They even take your CURP (Mexican ID number) during the appointment to kill time, and they see you in 5 minutes. They didn't even answer all my questions. For the next appointment, they told me they would count the hairs I lost. I wanted to laugh... That's what they would use their 20 minutes for. A waste of time and money. It seems like a joke what they do, and it's just a business for them. For me, it left a bad taste in my mouth; I was taken advantage of as a consumer.

I made an appointment through Doctoralia with a specialist. The next day, I received a message saying she couldn't see me, that I would be seen by someone else at a different time. I told them I couldn't make it, that I would cancel and reschedule, and I didn't appreciate their response. They should be more tactful. Anyway... I guess I'll have to go without and look for another clinic. This is what they replied: *Claudia Santillan:* We kindly ask that when you wish to schedule an appointment, please contact us through this platform, as it's a virtual robot that sends you information that isn't entirely accurate.

The best dermatologist in the universe! Dr. Pau Corona provides excellent service, always explains everything in detail, and her conduct is impeccable. I'm a huge fan of going to Skintopia! The reception and pharmacy staff are also very friendly.
