The best dental experience I've ever had: Sonriente Clinic and Dr. Víctor. On Saturday morning, I started having a terrible toothache. Despite it being the weekend, Sonriente Clinic gave me an emergency appointment with Dr. Víctor, and I was able to be seen that same day. From the very first moment, it was clear that I was in the hands of a true professional. Dr. Víctor is incredibly careful, attentive, kind, and completely patient-centered. He works with great precision and always makes sure you don't feel any pain. He explains every step of the treatment and does everything possible to make you comfortable at all times. Also, as an immigrant who speaks Spanish at an intermediate level, I felt very reassured. Dr. Víctor and his assistant explain everything clearly, simply, and with great patience. It was very easy and pleasant to understand the whole process and communicate with them, which is very important to me. Something that truly impressed me is that he photographs every stage of the treatment and shows you exactly what problem he found, what was wrong, and how he fixed it. For the first time, I could clearly see the true condition of my teeth. During the treatment, Dr. Victor found and corrected several consequences of previous, poorly done work, and he did so with great care. The pain I had experienced for over six months completely disappeared. My sensitivity decreased significantly, my teeth no longer hurt, and now I can eat normally without any discomfort. Regarding Sonriente Clinic, I can only say that it's a clinic of the future. Very modern, technologically advanced, and extremely comfortable. It feels like stepping into the next generation of dentistry. His assistant and the entire team are friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The reception staff responds quickly, is always available, and answering any questions is very easy. The service is impeccable. I felt so comfortable and confident with Dr. Victor that I also entrusted him with my wife's dental treatment. She was equally delighted and will undoubtedly leave her own positive review. And honestly, if my children ever need dental care, I have no doubt I'll take them to him too. He inspires complete confidence. If you're looking for a dentist you can truly trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Víctor and the Sonriente Clinic. It's a rare find.
