This company has terrible service. They employ untrained staff, most of whom are trainees. The caregivers lack the knowledge and preparation to care for a patient. It's an irresponsible company; they don't attend to patients, they don't answer calls, they leave services unfinished, their communication is very poor, and they don't provide supplies. They have people who are truly ill-trained to care for human beings, they violate our rights, and it all starts with the social workers and human resources staff who don't attend to the users. I do not recommend them.
