Terrible place. I went there for an emergency because I hit my nose playing soccer. I went to the emergency room to find out if it was fractured or deviated, and if so, to get help. The wait was about 4 to 5 minutes; I had dried blood in my mouth. They took me in, and a girl who I think was a paramedic just told me she was going to clean it. She said she would call the doctor. The doctor arrived, and I explained what happened. He said they would take an X-ray. I went to the X-ray room, and when I came out, the doctor called me and told me that it was indeed fractured. I told him that's why I went to the emergency room and asked if they could get me there right away so they could do it. The doctor just said, "Well, it's fractured; I can't do anything for you. You'd better go to another doctor." I left there after paying $1000 just for having the blood cleaned from my face and with an X-ray that was poorly taken. I showed that same X-ray to other specialists, and they told me it wasn't clear, that it was taken incorrectly. If you have the opportunity to go there, don't miss it.

Today I took my son to the ER; he cut himself on glass. We were seen immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind, empathetic, and very gentle with my son. They calmed him down and managed the situation well so they could administer anesthesia and stitch him up. The best service I've ever received in an ER. Thank you to all the doctors who helped: Dr. Cristina Montserrat Cotero P., Dr. Sebastián García, and a third person whose name I didn't catch but who also assisted in the process. I am very grateful.
