I love that they have an ultrasound and that it's included in the consultation. I went in with a very bad infection, and they couldn't tell if it was an infection or a kidney stone. They explained possible treatments for stones and the warning signs of infection. In the meantime, they prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. They told me where to get an emergency CT scan. In the end, there was no stone, and I felt much better the next day with the medication. They give very clear explanations, many alternatives, and the right medications. What a relief! Courtesy and efficiency—an excellent combination.

Terrible experience. Dr. Karen Sanchez was unprofessional and completely unethical. She insisted on surgery for a case of urolithiasis that could have been treated with medication. Fortunately, we sought a second opinion, and the stone passed within a day after starting medication instead of surgery. I absolutely do not recommend her. If you have the opportunity to go to this place, don't take it.
