Dr Sara is such a nice person and the staff as well. I was so nervous but she immediately made me feel at ease just by the way she treats her patients. I was also affraid the procedure would be painful and that I would need to change my return flight which was the same day the Veneers were put. I did not feel any discomfort, any pain and I just got back home relieved and only smiling for I can finally smile 😀 after some decades of being ashamed of an ugly smile. Perfect teeth does wonders. It was a great experience with the staff being exceptionally kind and patient with me. As for Dr. Sara, she took the time needed on each and every tooth (20 of them) to make sure of an excellent fit and that I was completely satisfied with her work and my new teeth are very natural looking. The aftercare from Dr. Sara and the staff are great as well. The Dr. needed to make minor adjustments on my teeth and I had an appointment with her the next morning, I was very impressed! She really does care that you are 100% satisfied with her work and your teeth. I could not be happier, she did a wonderful job and I cannot recommend this place enough. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, here you get that and then some. I was treated with kindness, I was picked up at the airport and taken back after all was done, driven back and forth to every appointment, I had an amazing rooftop dinner and it was all on them. I also stayed in a good and very safe hotel in a good location where the Clinic payed for 3 of the days while I stayed there (this was the VIP package). Thank you for giving me a smile I always dreamed of and for fixing my crooked and discolored teeth Clinica Vienna. An extremely satisfied and happy customer! P.S. Medellín is amazing to visit, take the tours to Comuna 13 and to Guatape if you can.
