I came here on a recommendation and had very good expectations for the service. From the start, your first impression when you arrive at the reception desk isn't the best. The receptionist has very little tact when dealing with people. It seems like she's doing you a favor or giving you the consultation for free. I arrived early for the appointment they had scheduled, and just because someone or she decided to, she delayed the appointment and made us wait. While they continued seeing other patients, which I find inappropriate because they're playing with people's time, I was already there and had to wait because I needed the doctor to check my mother's health and to avoid double-crossing me. I had asked about the price of a procedure, and they gave me an estimate. I know it depends on certain factors, but the price is fixed, the one they have. As I was leaving the clinic, I was suddenly told it was two thousand pesos more. The person who gave me the price told me the quote included some consultations, but the receptionist told me no, that they charge for the consultations separately, which makes me think they were just trying to overcharge. I definitely wouldn't go back. It's not the only clinic in Mexico City, and when you go to pay, you can decide where to go for care. They should work on improving customer service.

Today, August 13th, we had an appointment at 2:00 pm for glaucoma tests. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the building's elevator was out of service, a fact that was not mentioned to us either when we made the appointment or when we confirmed it the day before. This poses a significant problem for my relative, a 90-year-old woman who is unable to walk or climb stairs, as the clinic is on the fourth floor. When we arrived, the doorman called the clinic, and Ms. Narda Roldán came down to meet us. Despite the fact that we were never informed about the elevator problem, she claimed that the person who made the appointment had been told. Her response was mocking, and she told us to take the stairs. My aunt tried to speak with the director or manager, but no one was available; only a young woman named Rocío Álvarez Zarco apologized without offering a solution. My grandmother, the patient, traveled from Acapulco to have the tests recommended by Dr. Fernando Israel Acosta Torres. The treatment we received at this clinic was extremely unprofessional, especially from Ms. Narda, who mocked an elderly person. It's understandable that we wouldn't bring an elderly person without the proper mobility aids. Information about my grandmother was readily available, so we expected more considerate treatment. I hope that in the future they hire more empathetic and courteous staff.
