Terrible service. I went to the gynecologist once, and they gave me very basic and unclear information. They didn't even give me my lab results. The doctor who saw me acted like she was in a hurry, and they wouldn't even let my partner in. I was pregnant at the time, and they performed a transvaginal ultrasound. After the ultrasound, they didn't give me anything; they just said everything was fine, and that was it. It was my worst experience with them. I asked for my lab results, and they told me they didn't provide them. So I left as if nothing had been done and as if I hadn't even been to the gynecologist. Terrible service.

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. The doctors don't give you any concrete information, they're completely unprofessional from the moment they arrive, they only answer questions superficially, they don't see you to your appointment on time and leave you waiting for more than 30 minutes, and they don't even read your file before seeing you... I left extremely dissatisfied with the service I received; it's not even worth the price.

It's a very comprehensive clinic, with a lot of equipment, clean facilities, and good packages. The staff is friendly. I saw Dr. Silvia, and the experience was very good. She examined me thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident and secure. Although I booked a package, I felt the consultation was too short (20 minutes total), and according to the website, they're supposed to last 40 minutes. Keep that in mind, as I felt the consultation was very brief; she only asked me a few questions.

Scheduling is a problem because they answer, change the prices, it's a lie. They give you one price and then change it at the last minute. You send them screenshots showing the prices they gave you and they make excuses, so it's all lies. Imagine the terrible service; I would hesitate to go. They refuse to follow up with a supervisor. If this is how it starts, imagine the tension during a consultation.
