I don’t even know where to start—but here it goes. I arrived in Puerto Vallarta on a Thursday morning, excited to celebrate my birthday… and within hours, I broke two of my front teeth and injured the one in between. I was completely devastated. I immediately started searching for a dentist nearby and came across Aesthetic Dentistry with 5.0 reviews. I reached out, explained my situation, and they didn’t hesitate—they scheduled me for that Saturday. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The entire team made me feel special, calm, and reassured. They were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The doctor quickly took X-rays and explained everything clearly: I would need three root canals and crowns. On Monday at 9 AM, I went in for the root canals—and by 11:30 AM, all three were done. That same afternoon at 1:30 PM, they prepped my teeth, placed fillings, and took molds for my crowns. What truly impressed me is that they have their own in-house lab, so everything is done quickly and efficiently. By Tuesday at 12 PM, I was back—and by 1 PM, I walked out with three brand-new crowns. I couldn’t believe the transformation happened in just TWO days. A huge thank you to Dr. Daniela and her assistant Mariali for handling my root canals with such care, patience, and gentleness. You made a stressful experience so much easier. And thank you to Dr. Jose Luis and his assistant Jaz for the incredible work on my crowns and fillings—your professionalism and precision truly show. Also, shoutout to Magaly and Melissa the amazing front desk team who greeted me with smiles and kept me laughing through it all. I am beyond grateful for this experience. What started as a nightmare turned into something I’ll always be thankful for. I’ll definitely be returning in 3 months for my permanent PMMA crowns. If you ever need dental work in Puerto Vallarta, I highly recommend them—100% amazing service from start to finish.

Beware they will steal your money! Updated on April 16, 2025 Do not pay this company for any procedures in advance. They have taken over 50,000 pesos in deposits, have not provided me with the Invisalign. They finally agreed to refund me the amount, and after signing all the documentation and agreement that I would remove this horrible review, at the last moment, declined to wire transfer the money but rather only pay back a portion. I will start a PROFECO claim against them. Fellow Canadians and Americans, avoid this Dental office at all costs, it's an absolute nightmare dealing with the owner Levi and his staff. Please message me if you wish to have more details. Do not give them any funds in advance. I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company. Thanks, Jerome I visited Esthetic Dentistry to have a consultation for veneers. During my consultation they informed me that I would require Invisalign prior to having the vaneers, which I agreed to. I informed them that I would be leaving Puerto Vallarta within 5 weeks to return to Canada, they assured me that it would arrive and I would have the ability to have my consultation and installation prior. I reached out after 1 month, and the communication is pathetic so say the least. I've heard nothing but excuses and since the communication has completely stopped. Fast forward 2 months later and I still do not have my invisalign and I've paid out of pocket over 3,900 dollars. Do not pay for any services or product in advance, I'm a clear testament that once they receive your payment, they will disappear. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company and requested a refund.

My husband and I arrived in Puerto Vallarta 2/18/26 so he could get a full set of upper implants. We were very impressed with how seamless and streamlined Esthetic Dentistry has made the process of coming in from a different country for dental care. They were very warm, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough during all aspects of care. My husbands surgery at a hospital was supposed to take place on 2/23/2026 but due to the unfortunate events of Sunday 2/22/2026 that involved the cartel, surgery needed to be put off by a couple days. The staff of Esthetic Dentistry kept us informed even on that Sunday. Checking in to make sure we were ok. Even though that was a terrifying day for everyone we decided to stay and continue with my husband's care. We are very glad we did. By Tuesday life in Puerto Vallarta was back to normal. My husband had his surgery and is very happy with the results. We are both very glad we found Esthetic Dentistry and will be happy to see them again this summer!

Incredible experience, I highly recommend this dental office for its very professional , kind and compassionate staff, and knowledgeable fully trained dentists. I had 2 bridges, root canal and some other corrective dental work. I developed an infection and complication after my procedured in which as part of Esthetic Dentistry's guarantee, they have fully cared for and corrected the issue, as they reached out to honor their guarantee and invited me for full correction. I am so impressed and would will continue to be treated by this office in the future. Aesthetic Dentistry delivered the best dental services I have ever experienced and I have been around a L…O…N…G time. Highly competent and equipped, very friendly and possessing high English proficiency…this is a very impressive practice. Dra. Monserrat Banda had me in high-quality porcelain veneers within a week. It looks even better than I had hoped! As a bonus, the services were significantly less costly than in the US, so I plan to have my bottom teeth covered by Dra. Banda in the future.

lets see... from the moment we stepped in this dentist reception area to the times we went in & all of the people we witnessed that needed to be taken in from young kids to the elderly the service was a 10. we had our teeth cleaned at first & then my husband went back because I told him how well they treated me & how patient they all were with everyone. letting people know that they were running a little late or that someone needed a Uber or ride home. to letting me know thro WhatsApp that my apt. was gonna be changed. we had a new night guard made cause mine was 10 years old & my Veneers redone from 8-10 years ago. my husband had cavities done & it went from there. Wonderful Service, Stefano is the Bomb, Maggie is Chiwowwa & Melissa is Fan tas tic. Great group of Dentists .... Uriel & Monsy are my favorites. & our fantastix Alex who assist whenever & where ever he can Extreme Supreme is the team.
