Personally, she helped me a lot with my condition, and when I have another one, I don't hesitate to go to her. My mother has also gone to her and has had very good results. Excellent service from both Dr. Daniela and her office staff. The doctor is very professional, hygienic, kind, empathetic, and gentle when explaining and clarifying any doubts about the condition. A very professional checkup and general test when you're a first-time patient. When I have questions, I leave her assistant's WhatsApp number so I can ask her as soon as she's free, and they always answer me. If it's something more personal, I send a WhatsApp message directly to the doctor or an email, and she replies later, as I know it's impossible to respond immediately since she gives 100% of her attention to her patients during consultations, with the same respect we all deserve. Fifteen years ago, I started seeing her for alopecia areata (eyebrow and eyelash loss). She was very specific in ordering tests, diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, and referred me to an endocrinologist for follow-up. The products she recommended worked perfectly; whenever she had samples, she would give them to me.

The same thing someone posted recently. I waited for the instructions on how to apply it by courier, and they didn't arrive. No doctor in my life had ever made me wait for a prescription. He mentioned that 70% of the information on the internet is false. The funny thing is that the same products he recommended are the ones recommended by several people on YouTube. I would have been better off saving the $1,200 MXN for the consultation and wasting time in the waiting room.

A couple of years ago, I saw this doctor and it went well, which is why I recommended her to my husband. This time, the follow-up has been TERRIBLE. She gave him a treatment and then ordered a very expensive test to determine what kind of treatment would be best (I don't understand how she prescribed medication without having the results). My husband sent her the results, and after 20 days, we still haven't heard back from her... We clearly wasted money and time, and we will NEVER go back to this doctor.

Completely unprofessional, extremely unpunctual, I went to his office, he explained everything very well, and told me he would send me the prescription via WhatsApp, something that had never happened to me with any other doctor, they always give you your prescription at that moment, to this day he never sent it to me, but he did charge me.
