The first time I received care from the doctor and her medical team was wonderful, they addressed and resolved all my doubts. However, for follow-up unfortunately 2 times the schedule of subsequent appointments was done incorrectly and the attention from whoever manages the WhatsApp networks leaves much to be desired as the error was constant on their part, without accepting responsibility or at least offering an apology. Unfortunately this leads us to seek another professional. The doctor is excellent but being able to schedule is impossible.
