The dermatologist María has very good references and her work is recognized; personally, my previous experience was positive. However, there is a situation that I cannot overlook. On the part of the clinic's reception. In my last consultation, I was prescribed a medication that caused an allergic reaction, later confirmed by another doctor. I experienced swelling in my body and head, pain, and intense fatigue. Starting at 3:00 p.m., I tried to call the contact number to report what was happening and request guidance or to have the dermatologist notified. I received no response. Around 4:45 p.m., my symptoms worsened; the reception appeared to be online, but they never answered calls or messages. Faced with a complete lack of attention, I had to immediately see another doctor. To this day I have not received any response from Global Skin, which is extremely concerning given that it was a medical emergency.
