I went on the recommendation of other specialists, which was difficult to schedule since they only book appointments on the 1st of the month for the entire month. When I arrived for my first appointment, they answered my questions and listened to my concerns, but they were rushed. Even when I still had some questions, they told me, "Too many questions, and I have other patients." I'd never been treated like that before, not even at the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), where they treat you with such haste, especially as a new patient. I understand they had other patients and their schedules, but I was a patient too, and I consider the average appointment time to be about an hour, especially since a first-time visit involves endless questions about my medical history.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The medication she gave me (finasteride) affected my health after only three months of use and continued for over a year. She ordered tests, which cost me over $12,000 pesos (my system was healthy, but her treatment is ineffective). The mesotherapy doesn't have the effect she promises. Contacting her via WhatsApp is a NIGHTMARE, and scheduling an appointment is a nightmare because the woman who manages it doesn't answer calls, takes forever, doesn't know what to say, and has terrible communication skills. The last time I went for mesotherapy, they put me in with other patients, which I did NOT request. In just 10 minutes, she injected my head in a rushed and careless manner, making it more painful than usual. The worst part was that the doctor didn't even remember the treatment she had prescribed or review my medical history.

It was impossible to contact her despite numerous messages and calls! The after-sales service was terrible.

I saw the Dr a few days ago and was extremely happy with her clinical skills and demeaner. She took her time examining the areas I was concerned with along with checking rest of body to make sure I had no issues elsewhere; she took her time with examination and explaining what was going on along with treatment plan. A big plus is that she is also fluent in English. She has a busy practice, but wait was minimal. Thank you doctor
