I absolutely do not recommend making an appointment with this doctor. Her attitude is cold, unempathetic, and she has no real interest in listening. I went with the relevant tests to get a clear diagnosis, but she still ordered more tests without giving any concrete answers. Everything I mentioned was questioned, and none of my symptoms were really addressed or explained. I left feeling the same or worse: uncertain and confused, after paying for an expensive consultation.

Unfortunately, I didn't get an appointment with the doctor, but I'm leaving this comment hoping it will help improve their service via WhatsApp (since that's how I contacted them). The person who replied said they were her assistant, Lupita. I understand that they might be busy and miss a few messages, but I've also worked as an assistant, and if I want to provide good service, I constantly check social media and make sure all messages are answered. Yesterday I sent a message asking about the consultation fee and if I needed to bring any tests beforehand. Initially, without even a greeting, they replied that I didn't need any tests. Then they corrected the message and gave me the consultation hours, even though I had asked about the cost. I then asked again if I needed to pay a deposit to schedule my appointment (since that's been the case with other doctors), and they just ignored me. I thought they would get back to me later, but it's been almost two days and I haven't heard back. I really hope they can improve this because I was interested in making an appointment since I see the doctor has very good reviews.
