The doctor's assistant provides terrible service. It's incredible that patients are lost due to something other than treatment and the doctor. It's incredible how after waiting 1 month for an appointment they expect you to answer at 6pm on a Sunday and 5 minutes later they confirm that I've already lost my appointment.
