After researching where to have our colonoscopy, my siblings and I... (as a preventative measure since there's a strong suspicion of Lynch syndrome in our family). Finding Dr. Cecilio René was the best thing that could have happened to us! Not only is his knowledge, kindness, and commitment outstanding, but he also makes you feel truly confident about the procedure. Along with a great team (anesthesiologist, nurses, and receptionist), they transformed what could have been a cumbersome and uncomfortable process into a simple experience of sleeping and waking up without any discomfort or adverse effects afterward (except for the mild cramps that are inevitable). Without a doubt, he will be our trusted colonoscopy specialist from now on, as he truly inspires you to put your life in his hands ☺️

The consultation was very brief, it seemed like they were in a hurry. The treatment they prescribed was very poor, and the procedure they performed was very rough. They also made a very insolent comment and charged an exorbitant price. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I went here for a check-up for a possible fracture. It was the first thing I mentioned at the beginning of my visit, and it was the only thing he couldn't do. When he tried to examine me, he did it roughly, as if he had no experience whatsoever (gloves were on incorrectly, there was no lubricant, and the examination was too rough and rushed). He told me there was no diagnosis because he couldn't examine me due to pain (even though I had already told him I could perform a self-examination without any problems or injury). He sent me home with something that would supposedly help if it was what he thought it was, and if it wasn't, then it would most likely get complicated or require surgery, and we would know in 10 to 14 days. He literally told me he didn't know what I had; he expected someone with a specialty who knew how to examine an injured person. Please avoid going here at all costs, even if you have to pay more for someone with more experience. This is not the place to avoid surgery.
