The attention is directed to anyone with overweight, obesity, and related diseases such as: insulin resistance, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, dyslipidemia, etc. The initial session lasts approximately 40 minutes, a health profile is created, and the patient expresses the objectives they want to achieve. The case is analyzed to recommend the best treatment for the patient. Follow-up consultations last 25 minutes, progress is monitored, and adjustments are made to the treatment if necessary.

It takes two days to share menus, which are only examples and lots of text with recommendations. The menus are not clear and not based on the patient's preferences. 5. Their WhatsApp chat is with a virtual assistant, so there is no direct communication with the nutritionist.
