In 2019, I went to see him. He failed to recognize a case of Grade 4 dryness due to LS1. He prescribed the necessary drops and a study where, according to him, he observed "abhorrences" (with 2D and 3D graphs and photos) and said it was going to be permanent. I left feeling worse and confused. Doctors should be honest and know when to say, "I don't know, it's not my field." My glands were blocked, but it had nothing to do with what this doctor said. Time is precious, and I lost everything just to start over because of this situation.

I arrived on time for my appointment, waited 2 hours and in the end I couldn't wait any longer because I had another commitment. I find it disrespectful and unprofessional of the entire Vision Mx clinic not to value people's time, and it's a shame that not even the administration or reception staff showed any empathy towards patients.
