She arrived late for the appointment, a professional checkup... but... a week to send the prescription, fifteen days to send the fundus study (for which she charged me separately), and more than 20 days to send a medical report, which was fabricated with lies. She didn't actually mention the associated condition, and this led to a rejection by the insurance company. A very good doctor, but not at all professional. I wouldn't recommend her at all.

Well, the doctor is very good and accurate. However, if you use your health insurance, it's not advisable because I've been asking her for the medical report for three weeks and they just keep putting me off. She's already caused me a problem with my reimbursement, and I think that's why I can't recommend her.

They schedule appointments they don't respect. They saw my wife 40 minutes late because "other patients were waiting." Why do they schedule appointments that overlap, or if appointments last an hour, they schedule them every half hour? You also have other commitments that get postponed due to the lack of organization in this office with three assistants. Schedules are meant to be respected, not just for reference.

The care from Dr. Irma and her assistants was exceptional from the start. There was always great clarity in the procedures, the attention, and everything else. Furthermore, the care provided by Dr. Irma herself is excellent—very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. She also has modern equipment for eye exams, which allows for a clear diagnosis and effective treatment. I highly recommend her and will gladly return.

The doctor is very good!!!! Unfortunately, her people who are in charge of issuing invoices never deliver them... and many of us need to request reimbursement for operations. I hope that improves. I asked for it three times and they never gave it to me.
