I used to see her for a while. She's a very good doctor. I understand she's sometimes late with her appointments, but she's very busy. However, she's usually very punctual. An excellent professional.

I waited 20 minutes and wasn't seen, even though I had an appointment and asked if I would be seen at the agreed time. After 20 minutes, the receptionist told me it would take another 15 minutes. Terrible service.
