I had orthodontic treatment with Doctor Iris that started in December 2019, however due to the pandemic my process was delayed, ending in April 2023. I liked the result! My teeth turned out perfect! I came to the Doctor for orthodontics, from the beginning she advised me on the procedure and answered all my questions. She is very professional and attentive to resolving doubts, comments or requests, always giving her observations. During the process there was a risk of having surgery, however with patience and persistence it was not necessary. She is responsible, punctual and organized with her schedule and invoice delivery. Despite having an 'available' schedule on Doctoralia, the doctor wrote to me after I booked to tell me that she couldn't see me because she is out of the city and that she would be happy to see me starting next Monday, April 10th. This seems unprofessional to me because patients also have personal schedules and we trust that doctors who appear available will be able to see us. She also didn't cancel the appointment in the app, she simply wrote to my cell phone to tell me that she couldn't see me.
