The first appointment went super well but the second one I felt too much pressure from the doctor because he had to leave since he had unexpected matters and even though the appointment lasted less time he told me that for any doubt or question I should send him a message. I asked him something and a week and a half later he never answered my question.

As a patient/client my experience was terrible, because despite the fact that the Doctoralia application asked me to confirm my appointment. Today Saturday, everything indicated that no one at the hospital knew about it and it seemed that Dr. Adrián Enriquez was not aware of it. As a result it was a terrible experience. It would be worthwhile to conduct an evaluation of the appointment verification mechanism, otherwise it could happen again in other cases.
